The goal is to walk 5km (or 50 mins) with this proven program for all women who want to introduce fitness and wellness in their everyday – for “ME”.

 

What is it?

  • Structured daily plan for 6 weeks covering workouts for the walk, as well as holistic“prompts” towards the 5 pillars of wellness: Mobility, Strength, Nutrition, Hydration and Joy.
  • Closed group (max. 8) coaching for women for 6 weeks.
  • A program based on scientific strategies

 

How it works:

  • Create accountability through daily group and coach support (with ongoing support between sessions via WhatsApp or email)
  • Twice a week group call (3 time slots available)
  • Twice a week live mobility sessions (online)
