This MHT (HRT) Workshop is a 2-day, fully interactive, India-focused training designed to give clinicians a clear, practical, and evidence-based pathway to prescribing menopausal hormone therapy with confidence.


What you will learn


1. Understanding Endogenous & Exogenous Estrogens and Progestogens:

Unpack WHI, PEPI, HERS, ELITE, KEEPS, etc. Understand what these trials really showed, what has changed in 20 years, and how modern guidelines interpret the evidence.

5. Prescribing MHT During Perimenopause:

A step-by-step approach to the most confusing stage• choosing doses and routes • protecting the endometrium • India-specific protocols and products

6. Prescribing MHT After Perimenopause:

Confidently choose regimens for symptomatic postmenopausal women:• continuous vs cyclic therapy• estrogen–progestogen balance• transdermal vs oral• titration strategies• risk assessment• adapting to comorbidities• Indian formulations and combinations
