First time (or need a longer follow-up): This 75 to 90-minute session with Dr. Sukhpreet Patel will help you develop a comprehensive MenopauseWize Masterplan to manage your perimenopause or post menopause. In this consultation, we will review your health, discuss hormone therapy research and its application to you, supplements, lifestyle changes, and provide you with a detailed roadmap of what steps to take moving forward. You will receive an individualized, holistic plan and a detailed report outlining your next steps, plus short email support for up to 30 days for quick questions. For in-depth follow up discussions, please book a follow-up appointment. 2. Two-Step Consultation: As the name suggests, this service provides a two-stepped approach wherein your first appointment is with Dr. Sharmeen Vazifdar (30-min) to gather your medical records, history and advise any tests if needed. This is followed by a 30 min follow-up with Dr. Sukhpreet Patel. To book this service please go back to the Services page. 3. Follow-Up: This is ONLY for women who choose to follow up after their initial consultation. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME WITH US. A 30-minute consultation with Dr. Sukhpreet Patel that is designed to discuss for follow ups ONLY. In case you think you may need more than 30 minutes, please book 2 slots or more. Our sessions are designed to be accompanied by a locally available healthcare associate, offering an opportunity for ongoing support and follow-up care as needed (availability may vary).
